- I became an Author from a value and sense of need to share information.
I was raised that information is for sharing, thus I share through words and recipes.
Years ago my body was invaded by a rare disease so I sought a different career. Upon advice of a kind neighbor, I began baking and distributing my treats around town and the locals began calling me The Muffin Lady.
As much as everyone enjoyed my treats, it wasn't enough! My customers wanted the recipes for themselves as well as the means at which I overcame common baking disasters caused by high altitude.
So I wrote and published my first cookbook: Baking at High Altitude.
This book has been well received to date and has been honored with 2 awards:
A First Place EVVY AWARD, Colorado Independent Publishers Assoc.

Best First Cookbook In the World, Gourmand World Cookbook Awards
These awards and persistent requests for more led me to write my second cookbook: SHARING MTN. RECIPES, 472 recipes of pure palatable delight.
However I am not done sharing information and recipes yet, for I am currently working on a third Cookbook, one that will help parents and kids overcome the growing devastation of overweight children throughout society, from a non-traditional/ non-nutritional point of view.

I would love to put a cooking video on YouTube, do you know of anyone who may be able to help with the filming. The cooking is easy, the fiming portion, well I simply do not know of anyone. All suggestions I am open to

Thanks for joining the network. It sounds like you have some great products and more on the way. One thought, have you done any cooking videos for YouTube? I think they could be very popular, especially the overweight kids angle. Such important work!
