- I am looking for other authors and other professionals who are serious about publishing. I am looking for help with publishing and marketing knowledge as well as input on my work. I want to share my experiences as an author and child development specialist. As I get more experience, I want to help others.
- About Me:
- I am a child development specialist with my bachelors and Masters in early childhood educational psychology. I have been working with families for 10 years. I was a preschool teacher for 7 years and for the last 4 running a parenting consultant business. I do workshops, classes and one on one work with families. I have been writing seriously since high school and minored in writing as an undergraduate. I have written a few articles and am currently working on a potty training book. I am very excited to have found this group and to have the opportunity to work with others who are excited about publishing.
Outside my professional life, I have four children and a wonderful husband. My hobbies are reading and dancing. I try to have a good sense of humor but often am just obscene. Writing about using the toilet does not help in that area. I love good company, especially if it includes a good martini.
