- My first book Retirement Life by Design ~ Living Well is set for release on April 20, 2008. The book is an extension of my elder care and aging in place consulting practice at Pope Institute and ties into my elder care and aging public speaking services.
I am seeking to grow my network, learn more about marketing and creating interest in my book.
I am looking to share my experiences to help others avoid the mistakes and capitalize on the lessons I've learned.

- Pamela Pope is an elder care specialist and author of Retirement Life by Design ~ Living Well (2008). As President of Pope Institute, Pamela Pope uses her experience as a rehabilitation therapist and elder care specialist to empower families to manage challenges with elder care and aging with a focus on quality of life. Her unwavering message of consumer empowerment and authentic living enlivens her book Retirement Life by Design: Living Well with Health, Wisdom, & Authenticity. She studied Health Administration and Policy at NYU and practiced in nursing home management. Pamela has appeared on several radio shows and has published many articles on health policy and elder care quality. Pamela is a professional speaker on elder care and aging. Pamela Pope brings elder care expertise and an informed advocacy voice to seminars, lectures, and expert panels on long-term care, aging in place, and elder care reform.
